Overview
Astral Pulse is an astrology and tarot app. This policy explains how your information is handled. In short: the birth details and profiles you enter stay on your device and are never uploaded. The app shows ads through Google AdMob, which processes some device information as described below.
What the app handles
To calculate charts you enter a name or nickname, birth date, birth time (optional) and birth city, plus the same for any other profiles you add, such as a partner. The app also keeps your settings, daily check-ins and tarot history on the device.
Where it's stored
Your profiles, settings and history are kept in the app's private storage. We run no servers of our own and never send them to anyone. Every chart, forecast and tarot reading is computed on your device.
Backup and new phones
If you've turned on Google backup in your system settings, your profiles and settings are saved with it in your own Google account — only when that backup is end-to-end encrypted with your screen lock, so we can't read it. When you move to a new phone, the system transfer brings them along too. You can also export a JSON file yourself from Settings → Export backup and keep it wherever you like.
Advertising
The app shows ads through Google AdMob: native ads within the content, and rewarded videos you choose to watch (for an extra tarot reshuffle or access to daily transits). To serve and measure ads, Google may collect device identifiers such as the advertising ID, IP address, approximate location, app and ad interactions, and SDK performance diagnostics (such as launch time, hangs and energy usage). Google uses this information for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention and encrypts it in transit. In the EEA, UK, Switzerland and US states with applicable laws, you're asked on first use whether to allow personalised ads, and you can change this anytime in Settings → Ad privacy; you can also reset or delete your advertising ID in system settings. Your birth details and profiles are never shared with the ad service. How Google uses this data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. The app contains no other analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
Deleting your data
You can delete everything at any time from Settings → Erase all data, or by uninstalling the app; uninstalling removes its private storage.
Children
The app is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children.

Changes
If a future version adds a feature that sends any of your information, we'll update this policy first and ask for your consent before it's used.
